Phase IA Archaeological Sensitivity Assessments
The Phase IA helps evaluate the potential archaeological sensitivity of an area before development begins. A letter report is provided and submitted to the appropriate consulting parties detailing archaeological sensitivity with clear recommendations.

Phase IA/B Archaeological Surveys
The Phase IA/B includes background research and a preliminary field survey designed to identify the presence or absence of cultural resources within a project area and assess compliance requirements. A Phase I report is provided and submitted to the appropriate consulting parties detailing archaeological sensitivity with clear recommendations.
Phase II & III Investigations
When archaeological resources are identified a Phase II investigations determine site significance for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places. Based on site significance and recommendations if a Phase III excavation is warranted it acts as a data recovery driven by scientific theses. Consultation with the appropriate parties, reports, and artifact curation are provided.
